    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 59

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

         1. On page 8, line 24, after the period, insert "The secretary of energy, minerals and natural resources shall develop criteria for approving projects for a loan and shall prioritize projects that maximize economic benefits to the state.".

    2. On page 10, line 7, strike "year" and insert in lieu thereof "years".

 

    3. On page 10, line 8, after "2025", insert "through 2028".

    4. On page 10, line 12, strike "2025" and insert in lieu thereof "2028".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
